Lovie Smith is about to be the lowest paid coach in the league. Again.
I mean, all he's done is take the Bears to the Super Bowl in three years. All he wants is a fair wage (which, incidentally, is $4-5 million for a coach with a bowl appearance). Yet the Bears insist on low-balling him. Players are calling for a mutiny, refusing to sign contracts until their skipper gets an extension.
The ownership is about to tear apart the locker room, and all the progress that has been made since a rash of 4-12 seasons.

what a crappy deal..even our asshole owner of the cowboys pays better than that..and we havent won a super bowl since a democrat was in office..
