Hopefully...

Hopefully, the end of the sponsored posts will come shortly. The long story short is that PayPerPost irritated me, and I'd like to find an alternative way to make some cash. The longer version of the story is that I'm starting to feel like sponsored posts really cheapen the content of my blog. That's not what I set out to do.

I'd still like to make some diaper/christmas/gambling cash doing something I'd do anyway. So what's the solution?

For the next week or two, I'll stick with sponsored posts. Here's what's going to happen soon though:

  • I'm going to find a more visually appealing template. This one is too dark, and too crowded.
  • Sponsored posts are going away.
  • The advertisement section will stay, and clicks are appreciated.
  • Amazon affiliate will stay, eBay affiliate will be added. Any orders via this site are appreciated.

  • The biggest change is the store. You'll notice a decidedly barren store has been added to the right. You'll be able to purchase my artwork here, if you are so inclined. Hopefully tonight I'll figure out how I want it set up, what variety I'll offer, and how I'll promote it.

hey Ben. Please steer clear of my site from now on. I know it's you with the whole "denying the facts" thing again. I'd hate to have to cry harassment....

Sorry Vlad, once again you've got the wrong guy.

I can only tell you to cite your sources so many times before I realize it doesn't do any good. It would clearly save you a lot of aggravation, though.

I swear on the life of my kids that I am not your Phantom Commenter. I still visit to see what absurdity you're passing off as fact, but I keep my thoughts to myself.

I don't know what the pay is like, but if you want to make some ca$h blogging, you should check out 451press.com. It's some kind of blog that you choose what to write about and they set you up with all the advertisements. Your take is 40%. But I don't know what the the 40% is coming off of.

My brother-in-law and I are thinking of setting up a movie review type blog on that site.

Anyway, check it out
